Dr. Belinda Teo is an experienced clinical psychologist who has provided psychological evaluations and interventions to children and adults with a range of co-occurring mental health concerns. She holds a special interest in providing differential diagnoses for neurodivergent and gender-diverse populations.

Dr. Belinda started working with children and youths since 2002. She is a registered clinical psychologist who obtained her doctoral training in the US. Dr. Belinda has worked with multicultural populations in Singapore and in the US. She completed her residency in a state hospital for children and adolescents in Michigan and has worked across a range of settings, including community clinics, schools, university clinics and neuropsychiatric hospitals.
Dr. Belinda started her career as a trained teacher before working as a school counsellor at the Ministry of Education (MOE). Dr. Belinda has also worked with children/youths of abuse and with trauma at the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF), Singapore.
In her clinical practice, Dr. Belinda utilises a holistic and culturally-sensitive approach in psychological assessments and intervention. Dr. Belinda is experienced in dual diagnosis and supporting gender- and neuro-divergent populations.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Belinda provides ongoing supervision to school counsellors and mental health professionals and serves as an adjunct lecturer.
