Mok Sook Fern

Sook Fern provides psychotherapy and assessment services to children and adolescents. She has experience in helping clients with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidality, school-related stresses, and Anorexia Nervosa.

Sook Fern holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons.) from Murdoch University. She has been practicing as a psychologist since 2014 and is registered as a full member with the Singapore Psychological Society.

Henny Tan

Henny has experience and training in conducting psychometric assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions for a variety of mental health conditions. Having been part of the specialised and multidisciplinary Eating Disorder service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital since 2017, she also has specific expertise in treating children and adolescents with various types of eating disorders.

Chong Kai Wei

Kaiwei is a Senior Psychotherapist trained with a Masters of Social Science in Pro-fessional Counselling, and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) degree in Psy-chology.

She provides in-depth counselling and psychotherapy support for children, adoles-cents, and young adults across a range of emotional, behavioural and mental health related issues, e.g., depression, anxiety, complex trauma, attachment is-sues, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and school or family related difficulties. Kaiwei has fifteen years of clini-cal experience, working in both private and public settings.

Kaiwei is a Registered Counsellor and Clinical Member with the Singapore Associa-tion for Counselling (SAC). She is also trained as a Clinical Supervisor.

Valerie Lim

Valerie is a trained counsellor/psychotherapist who draws from her years of experience in her previous work in both a residential children’s home and in a Family Service Centre (FSC) in Singapore. Valerie has vast experience in working with various groups of people – children and their families with abuse and trauma; individuals who are experiencing a variety of mental health conditions and trauma; and couples experiencing emotional and relational challenges.

She values the opportunity to come alongside individuals/couples in their journey through life’s stressors and struggles. Valerie is an empathetic, compassionate and warm psychotherapist who adopts a trauma-informed and person-centred approach in her work with children, youths and adults across a broad range of emotional, behavioural and relational issues.

Valerie holds a Masters in Professional Counselling from the Swinburne University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from the Singapore Management University.

Valerie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR; Level 3), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2) and other forms of psychological therapies.

Valerie is a Registered Counsellor and Clinical Member of the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).

Teo Kiok Seng

Trained in both nutrition and counselling, Kiok Seng desires to help her clients grow in their mental and physical wellness.

As a counsellor, Kiok Seng has worked with youths and recovering addicts. She is passionate about supporting her clients by creating a safe space for them to explore and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and to empower them to achieve their life goals.

Seeing clients as a nutritionist and counsellor helps Kiok Seng understands how our physical and mental health are both intertwine. And so, by combining her training in both fields, Kiok Seng wants to help her clients overcome challenges and thrive both physically and mentally. 

Yana Ricart

Yana has significant experience working with children and adolescents. She also has extensive experience in providing counselling in multiple languages to adults. She has helped people with anxiety, depression, stress management, cultural adjustment, life transitions, grief and loss, complex trauma, etc.

Yana holds a Masters Degree in Social Sciences (Counselling) from the University of South Australia. She is a Master Solution Focused Practitioner and a Certified Advanced Solution-Focused Coach. She holds a Graduate and Post Graduate Certificate in Expressive Therapies and a Certificate in Sandplay Therapy. Yana has over 15 years of experience as a counsellor and is a Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).

Dr. B Malavika

Dr Malavika is a psychological and educational therapist who treats intrapersonal, mental health, family and educational challenges. She also works with corporations as a therapist and trainer through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). 

Daryl Lee Jia Yi

Daryl provides academic support and social, emotional skills development to children, adolescents, and young adults. He is experienced in working with students with high school-related anxiety, academic avoidance, and school refusal.
