Teo Kiok Seng

Trained in both nutrition and counselling, Kiok Seng desires to help her clients grow in their mental and physical wellness.

As a counsellor, Kiok Seng has worked with youths and recovering addicts. She is passionate about supporting her clients by creating a safe space for them to explore and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and to empower them to achieve their life goals.

Seeing clients as a nutritionist and counsellor helps Kiok Seng understands how our physical and mental health are both intertwine. And so, by combining her training in both fields, Kiok Seng wants to help her clients overcome challenges and thrive both physically and mentally. 

Yana Ricart

Yana has significant experience working with children and adolescents. She also has extensive experience in providing counselling in multiple languages to adults. She has helped people with anxiety, depression, stress management, cultural adjustment, life transitions, grief and loss, complex trauma, etc.

Yana holds a Masters Degree in Social Sciences (Counselling) from the University of South Australia. She is a Master Solution Focused Practitioner and a Certified Advanced Solution-Focused Coach. She holds a Graduate and Post Graduate Certificate in Expressive Therapies and a Certificate in Sandplay Therapy. Yana has over 15 years of experience as a counsellor and is a Registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC).

Joachim Lee, PBM

Joachim Lee has over 21 years of clinical experience at social services, and possesses a great many certifications in the science of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. He treats clients with trauma, emotional distress and addictions with psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. He has been appointed in various committees on the issue of problem gambling.

Kit Koh

Jin-Kit KOH (fondly known as “Kit”) has counselled clients with anxiety, depression caused by work- or career-related stress, educational concerns, caregiver fatigue, financial pressure, and grief from the loss of a relationship or loved one. He is trained in mental health and career counselling and has helped students and working adults in both these aspects. Depending on the clients’ preferences, Kit counsels in English or Chinese (Mandarin).

Kit comes to counselling after decades in the business world. He gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by students and working adults through his years as a business leader, when he led multi-national organisations and talents at the board and management levels, and through his time as an Education and Career Guidance Counsellor at the Ministry Of Education.

Ning Wong

Ning worked in various corporate fields before founding a family life education and consulting centre in China in 2006. While running her centre, she mentored family life coaches and trainers and was involved in crisis recovery efforts among teenagers and families after the massive Sichuan earthquake in 2008 which killed thousands and traumatized millions.

A family life educator for close to two decades, Ning runs a social enterprise that supports Chinese speaking families globally on parenting and marital issues, social integration and emotional well-being. She counsels and coaches clients from aged 20 and up on parenting and family relationships, emotional regulation, transition and adjustments, anger and anxiety, trauma-related issues as well as integrating spirituality with psychological well-being. Ning is particularly passionate about attachment focus work and hopes to guide individuals and families toward lasting healing and transformation.

Amita Schmith

Amita has a wonderful passion for assisting people who face challenges with mental health, personality issues, family conflicts, and relationship troubles. With a rich background that includes growing up in India and marrying a European spouse, Amita has a unique understanding of both South Asian and European cultures. Her diverse experiences make her an excellent resource for those seeking support and guidance.

Jetaime Thoo

Jetaime Thoo is a qualified therapist with a Master in Counselling from Monash university

Jet’s greatest passion is to bring healing to people who are going through traumatic/stressful moments at each stage of life, and in helping them to overcome negative feelings, increasing self-worth, anxiety reduction, and empowerment.

There’s no one size fits all approach to therapy and with Jet, she believes in slowing down and exploring lives creatively would help make significant changes and discover the positive ways of living and working towards developing optimistic mindsets  

Sara Chiang

Sara provides forensic psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults. She assists in the forensic assessment process, drafting forensic medicolegal reports and psychological assessments, offering valuable insights into complex cases. Beyond assessments, she also provides psychological therapy. With specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she offers compassionate support to clients navigating a spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.
