Dr Buvana believes in taking a holistic approach to every patient. She is trained in psychodynamic therapy and is experienced in women’s mental health, including perinatal and menopause-related psychiatry. She has also treated teenagers and young adults with emotion regulation difficulties, and has a special interest in helping girls and women with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Dr. Terence Leong

Dr Terence Leong is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist who specialises in general adult psychiatry and medical psychiatry, and is respected in the field of forensic psychiatry.

Dr Leong has occupied multiple key roles at the National University Health System, which oversees several hospitals, national speciality centres, and polyclinics. In addition, he was also appointed to be a senior lecturer at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Dr. Jacob Rajesh

Dr Jacob Rajesh is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist experienced in general adult psychiatry and forensic psychiatry.

Dr Rajesh’s professional experience spans three countries. Early in his career, in India, he lectured in the Department of Psychiatry at the Christian Medical College. In the UK, he was largely a consultant psychiatrist while carrying out forensic work at mental health trusts. Finally, in Singapore, he was appointed assistant adjunct professor at the Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

With a career spanning both London’s public and private sectors, he is recognised for his thoughtful, empathetic approach to a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Firmly committed to advancing the field, Dr Haridas has contributed to pioneering research at Imperial College London and lectured at UCL. His practice is grounded in a holistic philosophy that integrates neuroscience, emerging treatments, and lifestyle optimisation—always guided by a balance of clinical expertise and genuine compassion.
